“I am really enjoying the content, your presentation, and your attitude! I have been playing with DNS on my own for a while using miscellaneous YouTube videos. Your class is bringing the pieces I have been playing with together in a fun and very helpful way. Especially helpful is connecting the parts and flowing between them, in a playful and exploitative manner, which is an essential quality missing from much of what I gleaned from YouTube.”

WHY LIVE? THIS IS BIG!
This class will not be recorded. It’s old fashioned. You have to come and pay attention.
Why? You can watch videos of DNS exercises. In fact, I’ve got quite a few on my YouTube page.
Moving together in real time is the special sauce for change. You will have my attention while you are moving. And I will give you feedback, corrections, and questions in real time, that will help you make INSTANTANEOUS changes to your body/mind connection.
I don’t claim this lightly. I have been teaching movement my entire adult life. Moving is how I communicate, and I also hear what others are saying by watching their movement.
Sounds weird, but it’s true, I have learned to listen with my eyes.
And I have been training online since I began as a movement coach. That was in 2010, over 15 years ago.
Teaching, Seeing, and Cueing movement in a two-dimensional format is a skill that I have mastered.
All this to say: you are in good hands.
HOW IT’s GONNA GO:
4 weeks of live movement sessions. You have to come to each class. No recordings.
Tuesday 6:30 pm PST — weekly live class via Zoom. All classes are Pacific Time Zone, West Coast USA.
Small group: there will only be 10 of us.
A private session just between you and me.
Downloadable content tailored to integrate the wisdom.
WHAT THIS IS
DNS — Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization — works with the original movement patterns that every human follows in the first year of life. These aren't arbitrary exercises. They're the sequence your nervous system used to teach itself how to stabilize, mobilize, and move through space.
Developed by Prague School of Rehabilitation. LINK HERE!
We revisit that sequence together. You'll learn to feel and activate your primary stabilization system — not by gripping or bracing, but through breath and position. The way you originally learned.
This isn't corrective exercise. It's remembering.
IN THIS CLASS, YOU WILL LEARN:
How your primary stabilization system works — and how to wake it up through breath, not effort.
What intra-abdominal pressure actually is and why it matters for every position you move through.
The fundamental movement patterns you're missing — and how that's showing up in your body.
How to reorganize your system after a major event — childbirth, surgery, injury, grief, or any season that rewired your patterns.
Alignment that actually serves you — not as a rigid ideal, but as a living relationship between your body and gravity.
THIS CLASS IS FOR:
Movement lovers and teachers — personal trainers, yoga and Pilates teachers, dancers, bodyworkers — who want a deeper understanding of why certain patterns work and others don't.
People building on physical therapy — you've done the rehab, you've done the exercises. Now you want to understand the system underneath so you can keep going on your own.
Fitness folks who are tired of getting hurt — you train hard, you love to move, and you keep running into the same walls. This gives you the missing foundation.
The CURIOUS who've watched a baby, athlete or grandchild move and thought: why can't I do that? —
Anyone who has a sense that there is something more, they can do, feel or be.
And one more- this is for everyone who wants to finally understand how their body is supposed to move and help it move that way. You’ll be saying, “why didn’t anyone ever teach me this?”
“Your cueing is so good it feels like your hands are on me.”

Week One is all about awareness. How are you breathing? We will test your “get up” and your capacity to observe your body and think objectively. How does it feel to be in your body? Can you relax and can you take action?
Week Two we deep dive into Stability. The structures that support our body. Understand the abdominal wall, pressure, pushing and reaching. You will know the center from which you move and how your core, hands, feet, and floor work together to create transfer of weight.
Week Three is connection and flow. This week is all about integration, putting together the perfection of positions and the flow of transitions. The foundation of trust. LET GO and KNOW. You and your body together.
Week Four the theme is EXPANSION. Learn to challenge your system in a safe, sustainable and supportive way. Pusing past our limits is essential for our personal evolution. This week we add weight, speed, and range of motion challenges.
