Once I have a clear picture of how the client moves and what they are hoping to accomplish, I create a program that addresses incomplete movement strategies and  builds capacity with developmental movement. This approach is successful with teenagers, grandparents and athletes. My group classes evolve along a continuum from the ground up. I use DNS exercises to build awareness and ability. Then we strengthen capacity and resilience by challenging flow, strength, awareness, transitions, and coordination. Finally I move every client toward what is possible and desired.</image:title>
